1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, documentation, proprietary APIs, or contracting custom software and services developed by Alpha Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service provided by LPE Ventures LLC.

2. Proprietary Technology & Intellectual Property

All trademarks, source architectures, designs, visual assets, and underlying algorithms associated with Alpha Group, AlphaDesk CRM, AlphaPlace, AlphaCom, and AlphaADS remain the exclusive property of LPE Ventures LLC, unless explicitly assigned in a bespoke Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Service Levels & Availability

Alpha Group provides enterprise software platforms on high-availability cloud architecture. Specific uptime guarantees, maintenance intervals, and incident response SLAs are outlined within customer service agreements.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of the provision of services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America.
